“Nancy and I were very satisfied with you and your firm’s efforts to sell our lot. While we were sad to leave PSJ, and we took quite a loss on the sale, we think you were honest with us about the market and what it would take to get some interested buyers. We were somewhat surprised about how quickly we received an offer, and were almost reluctant to act on such a quick offer after of no activity (on and off) over the last several years. Nonetheless, it sold, and it’s probably the maxim nothing will sell unless and until the right buyer is available.
What I think sets you apart, though, is your knowledge about the market and your quarterly newsletters. We appreciated your thoughtful news about the local market, and were also impressed that you suggested to us in 2017 that we wait to re-list as the market for our lots in our area were getting little or no traction.
