Welcome to my new website. I love the Mexico Beach area and want to help provide you with the most information available to help educate you on buying or selling in this rather complex market. I grew up in Bainbridge, Georgia where both of my parents were school teachers. I was able to spend my summers and a number of weekends enjoying Mexico Beach. My job opportunities after graduating college with a marketing and finance degree were Mexico Beach or Atlanta. I love Atlanta for a visit, but the small town relaxed atmosphere of Mexico Beach was more of what I was looking for.
I started on the ground floor in 2004 as an intern for The St. Joe Company (NYSE:JOE) working as an assistant to the Project Manager for WindMark Beach. I was able to work for a number of the best agents in the area and had valuable experiences at Parker Realty and Sundance Realty. In 2007, I moved to Port St. Joe Realty where I was given the opportunity to be the broker of the company. We were the top company from Mexico Beach to Cape San Blas in 2009 and I have consistently been a top producing agent since 2007. I have brokered over $75,000,000 in sales and personally sold over 150 properties in what most people considered a “slow” market. In 2011, 98 Real Estate Group was formed and has been an extremely productive customer oriented business. We started with offices in Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas. In September 2011, we were selected by The St. Joe Company to take over their Sales Office in WindMark Beach; where we opened our 3rd office location.
98 Real Estate Group is the final stop for me. I enjoy learning and getting better at what I do. I’ve learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t. It’s all come together at 98 Real Estate Group. Here buyers and sellers receive the best possible service. My buyers have the opportunity to work with an informed, helpful agent that listens to what they want and works hard to make their dreams a reality. Sellers get the best chance of selling their property quickly for as much as possible. I have an extensive network of people ready to buy. These buyers, with the addition of cutting edge marketing, allow my listings to reach the greatest number of potential customers.

I work extremely hard to make sure that each buyer and seller gets the best service available; no matter the size of the deal. I am extremely knowledgeable of market conditions and the source of information for numerous banks, asset managers, potential buyers, seasoned investors, and property owners. I’m a very fun loving person that loves fishing, scuba diving, football, jogging, duck hunting, golf, and life in general. If I have a flaw as an agent, it’s that I will never pressure you into making a decision you aren’t 100% comfortable with. I have no problem losing a commission if everything isn’t right and a “win” for everybody involved. I promise to treat you well as a customer. I love the community here and believe in giving back to make it a better place for everyone. I have sponsored and volunteered for many events in the area that I’m proud to be a part of.
